Cinematic photography in Tenerife - natural, emotional & effortless

I’m Edgar, a professional photographer based in Tenerife, specialising in portraits, couples, families, love stories and weddings. For over 7 years, I’ve been photographing people from all over the world, creating natural, emotional images with a cinematic and editorial feel. My approach is relaxed and spontaneous - you don’t need to know how to pose or what to do in front of the camera. I’ll guide you when needed, but most importantly, I want you to enjoy the experience and simply be yourselves. Tenerife offers an incredible variety of landscapes, from dramatic volcanic scenery around Teide to wild northern coastlines, forests and hidden local spots. I carefully choose locations and light to create images that feel authentic to you and to the island. My work has been recognised in international photography competitions, and I’ve also been invited to serve as a jury member in international photography competitions. Whether you’re looking for a romantic couple session, family memories, an artistic portrait or wedding photography, my goal is simple: to create photographs that feel alive, emotional and timeless - not just perfectly posed pictures.
Excellent photo shoot with Edgar, he put us at ease and made sure we had an exceptional time. The photos are of excellent quality and capture the emotions created during the shoot very well.
Edgar is an absolute joy of a person and I could not be happier with the job he has done. His talent and eye to catch raw emotion in every moment and bring out the most genuine smiles in everyone is truly incredible. I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking for someone to capture their special day. Despite this being our first time with a professional photographer, it felt like having a good friend take our photos. Thank you for everything, Edgar, and if/when we hit new milestones that need capturing, you’ll be my first call 📸

From the very start of our acquaintance on Instagram, you made a very pleasant impression. The text was written informatively, accessibly, clearly and in a very personal way :) Later, when we met, we quickly loosened up and off we went 🖤 I'm so glad I chose you, you left behind not just photos, these moments are imprinted in us for good 💫 I RECOMMEND 📎 it was worth it and even more 💫

I definitely recommend choosing Edgar as your photographer in Tenerife! I wanted to capture my first-ever trip to the ocean, and he did a wonderful job 😍 Edgar has a good sense of a person and what they are looking for, the shoot was easy and relaxed, and I was constantly getting guidance and compliments! I had 3 outfits, which we managed to shoot in a couple of hours, and in the end I received lots of photos as originals and in two different edits, which especially won me over, since sometimes they send literally 10-15 photos in just one style. Also, Edgar speaks several languages, and it's nice to chat with him beyond the shoot. We look forward to welcoming you in Saint Petersburg!

If you’re in need of a photographer in Tenerife, look no further! We had a photoshoot with Edgar a few years ago and the photos are still my favourites to this day. He’s a true professional, incredibly talented, and such a lovely person. He made us feel completely comfortable throughout the shoot, and the final photos looked straight out of a Vogue magazine cover. I honestly couldn’t recommend him more!
