What moves the price in Granada
Length, in a city built on hills. The walking between viewpoints eats the clock. An hour is one viewpoint and the lanes below it; two hours take you from San Nicolás down through the Albaicín to the Paseo de los Tristes, or add Sacromonte. A photographer who knows the city plans the route downhill.
The number of edited photos. A typical hour here delivers about 60 photos and two hours about 80, so the second hour buys variety of place more than volume.
The occasion. Weddings and elopements are priced as half or full days: a half day from €750 to €1,175, typically €1,035 for about 250 photos; a full day from €1,975 to €3,680, typically €2,170 for around 500.

Where the shoot happens
- Mirador de San Nicolás. The classic view: the Alhambra across the valley with the Sierra Nevada behind it. The palace faces the terrace, so the late light lands on its walls, and before sunset the wall is packed with visitors and buskers. At sunrise it is empty. Free, open at any hour.
- The Albaicín lanes. Whitewashed walls, garden houses spilling bougainvillea and jasmine, steep cobbles. Empty at dawn; from late morning the high white walls keep the light soft while the viewpoints are harsh.
- The Alhambra. A visit ticket for each of you and one for the photographer, bought as early as you can, and a session that follows the monument's rules. The classic Alhambra photograph is taken from outside it anyway.
- Carmen de los Mártires. Free gardens on the Alhambra hill: French parterres, a palm avenue, a lake and peacocks. Hours change with the season, and civil weddings sometimes close part of the garden.
